HI, I AM TIFANI BEECHER.

I’ve been a Sonoma County resident for over a decade, married for 7 years, a mom for 6 years and a photographer for 5. I picked up a camera when my first daughter was born and decided I would give it a shot.

I do remember a specific moment when I realized how important my industry is. I was shooting my first birth and when I delivered the gallery to the new mom, I realized I was giving her what she couldn’t see. Everyone else in the room witnessed this amazing moment and while she was in it, she didn’t experience it like the rest of us. My images allowed her to see the fathers facial expressions, the babies first breath, the raw beauty of herself in labor. Looking back I knew then that this was the path I wanted to take.

So began my journey of learning how to capture moments. With a lot of studying, workshops, education and trial and error, I started and grew Tifani Beecher Photography. And I’m still learning, taking those workshops and trying to grow each and every year. Shooting stills or film, I look for what tugs at your heart strings.

I am also the Area Coordinator and a Volunteer Photographer for Now I Lay Me Down to Sleep. We are a non-profit organization that provides remembrance photography for families experiencing the loss of a baby. This to date is my greatest work. I am so incredibly honored to meet these angel babies and give their families some of the only images they will have of their baby.

My husband, Noah is my biggest supporter. I have a 15 year old bonus daughter, Ava, and 4 baby girls of my own- Bronlynn, Briar, Poppy & Sutton. When I’m not shooting or editing, you can find me trying to entertain my kiddos and hanging out with other mama’s trying to entertain theirs.

I am blessed to be able to stay at home with my kids most of the time and still be able to do what I love. I have a creative itch that always needs scratching and look forward to working with each and everyone one of my clients.
